Sparkling Perry Cider

Perry is an alcoholic beverage made from fermented pears, similar to the way cider is made from apples. It has been common for centuries in England, particularly in Gloucester shire in sight of May Hill. Also made in France in southern Normandy especially  around Domfront.

Made With: Perry pears sourced from old forgotten perry pear trees sourced from old homesteads in Aotearoa and grafted onto pear stock at our orchard in Wairarapa "Glistening waters"
